Security Deposit: 1 Bedroom: $500, 2 Bedroom: $600. Pet policy: 1 small dog (under 35 pounds, over 6 months old) for $50 per month, or up to 2 cats for $20 each per month (There is also an additional $250 security deposit if you have any pets.) We accept cats and dogs; any other pet will need to be run by staff for further approval.
